Less than a month before the start of classes, the head of Government of the City of Buenos Aires, Jorge Macri, has announced investments and works in the city's schools. The announcement will take place this Wednesday starting at 8:45 at Technical School No. 20 of the Mataderos Educational Pole, located at Avenida Directorio 6102.
On the other hand, classes in the city will begin on Monday, February 24, despite the request from the National Tourism Secretary, Daniel Scioli, who had asked for them to be extended until after the Carnival holidays, on March 3 and 4.
Regarding the investment and works in the porteño schools, Jorge Macri stated: "It is essential to continue improving school infrastructure to provide students and teachers with dignified and quality spaces where they can carry out their educational activities."
These works and improvements aim to guarantee a conducive environment for teaching and learning, as well as the well-being of the entire educational community.
